My history with Gaming

My virtual gaming started when I was in class 3^rd or 4^th with the hand gaming console that came with just 4 games tetris, a car race, a shooting game and arkanoid. I still remember my bro making highscore in tetris and I used to play whole of the day to beat that but I couldn’t. He was too good at it. And not to forget the car racing game, It was endless I never died. I could clear all the levels at the max speed without dying.

Next came the 8 bit games that had proper joysticks. Mine had a keyboard and a mouse too. It had a special cassette in which the mouse worked. These consoles were the Mario and Contra era. It lasted for about 4 to 5 years. I still remember when my cousin, bro and me used to fight for playing first. I used to cry all the time but nevertheless got first chance :D. we played contra whole day followed by baseball, golf and many more. Twin bee and islander were my all time favourites. I was so excited everytime when my dad got me new cassettes. Ninja turtles, double dragon, WCW added in the contra era.

It was in class 6^th I suppose when I got my first pc.  The first game that the computer guy installed on it was triple play(baseball). Wow graphics and gameplay. I was so addicted to it. I subscribed to the pc quest magazine just to get the game cd it contained. Road rash was a classic. An other mind blowing game was NFS 2. I remember the cheat codes FZR 2000, Pioneer, Hollywood, roadrage till now. My bro and me used to play split screen NFS 2 and yes I won almost everytime :D. Games added in my collection every now and then now. I guess I have played almost every fifa from 2001 to 2007. The first mission game I completed was GTA vice city.

After passing class 9^th I got a PS2. It was hacked and came with 10 game dvds. By this time I literally started playing whole day. I completed a mission game like medal of honor, commandoes etc. every other day. Then there was FIFA 2007 and Smack down: here comes the pain. I have played these games for like 3 years. My friend and me earlier used to go to gaming centers to play Smack down. We had a spent a money equal to a cost of PS 2 there. Burnout 4 was also a all time favourite game that I had. I also went to WCG before my 10^th class boards but couldn’t go to Bombay for the 2^nd round (as I had my boards..:D).

Then came LAN gaming. Counter strike, COD, FIFA are some of my favourites till now. I play COD till now in college and a bit of CS. Too many pros here (LOL).:D
